The Bhagawad Gita - Chapter One - The War Within

The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most important spiritual and religious texts of the world, and it is to Hindus what Torah is to Jews, the Bible to Christians, and the Quran to Muslims. Written as a chapter within the great epic, the Mahabharata, it is a dialogue on philosophy, spirituality, and yoga that transpired on a battlefield some 5000 years ago. Its contents are even relevant today in times of global strife and discontent. Basic knowledge is always appropriate in times of personal conflicts and doubts.
